I got quoted ~3k including labour to get my turbos removed, machined, the turbines replaced with KKK wheels and refitted to the car. I dont think any other modifications are needed just to run these, it was just offered as a better alternative to replacing ceramic turbos that have blow with ones that could possibly do the same again.
I have heard from EVERYONE that i have ever spoken to or read about ceramic turbines in JZ's and RB's (Skylines) that 14psi is absolute max. If you read a few issues ago of HPi Magazine there project R34 car blew its turbos running at 14 psi on a track day.
