Points to 50ml syringe (which actually has graduations to 60ml).  They are actually accurate to less than 1 cc - they have to be - overdosing people is associated with a lot of paperwork and court visits.

what are they graduated in? the burettes are in 0.1mls....
is it easy to do drop by drop with the syringe? what would you say the measurement accuracy is if you were going to measure about 30-40mls? they might be a better option if you can get to less than maybe 0.2-0.5mls accuracy...
