what you need is a either a toggle valve, or a ball valve. preferably a ball valve due to the hydraulic pressure.
Swagelok has a number of items that will fit, but you will need to work out how to fit it into the brake-line with adaptors and such.
this better not be for a street car.
if it is, just cut the rear brake line, you will be much better off, and i'll feel much better
if it is for an occasional drag car, you could just make up a fitting for the rear brake output on the master, and block up the line to the rear brakes. that way you can undo it when you get to the track, and refit it (and bleed it) when you leave.
