I bought a secondhand tape/radio and emailed them and asked if it was possible to buy a loom or wiring diagram from them. They sent a new loom, photocopy of the wiring diagram AND the manual I didn't even ask for for FREE. Quick too. I was very impressed, as I told them I bought it secondhand and eveyrhting.
