The o'd light flashing means that the auto ECU has picked up a fault with the gearbox.. could be soleniods, speed sensor, line pressure.. anything. The fact that it has just started again after the reset means that the problem has always been there but the diagnostics have simply stopped displaying the code. The reset meant that it picked up the fault as a fresh code. Check the auto ECU diagnostic codes and see what it is. (the auto diagnostics are different from the engine diagnostics).
