Yep, provided both the turbine and comp wheels have no damage on them (ie weigh the same as when they were last balanced), if you haven't marked the balance for the comp wheel, when reassembling they will need to be balanced professionally. Most workshop won't want to do it without installing new bearings and seals any way. Reassembling without knowing the balance will be like driving around with unbalanced road wheels - only worse and more expensive for the turbo!
