The set up I run on a blown 18rg with 20 psi, is a holly to fill the surge tank, I have also used a facet pump, and a VL turbo for the High pressure feed to the fuel rail.
Only thing that you may have trouble with is if you go to a huge boost pressure you may not have the correct pressure across the injectors (fuel rail about 20 psi high than intake pressure) for the injectors to spray correctly.
