swapping the struts is a common trick on dattos, where 240K struts are used, the 240K twin spot calipers foul on the steering arms. swapping (L to R) and (R to L) is an easy fix and using 200B flexible hoses solves the extra length required.
one would assume a corolla would be equally as interchangeable, considering the whole 'J' car concept was brought about around this time. just find some longer hoses out of something that parts are interchangeable off (celica? corona? KE70?).
