depends
if your car has an engine bay that will fit a 1JZ, of course that's the way you should go
but if you've got a celica, the 1JZ is ... imagine trying to pass a whole pineapple in a bowel movement.
it's painful, take a long time and a lot of effort, and at the end of it you have to patch up all the problems it caused
