All your estimates are fairly close. I'm a freight forwarder and the one comment I always get from importers is "geez, if i'd known it was going to cost me this much i wouldn't have bothered"
You really need to do your homework and find out how it is actually going to be shipped - on it's own or with 3 other cars in a container. This is going to effect your landed costs. Also try contacting customs or a customs broker in your area to clarify exactly what you're going to be up for in the way of duty and taxes.
Or, find a freight forwarder that will give you a door to door quotation - you may end up paying a bit more, again, it depends on your budget, but a freight forwarder will do all the running around and shit-kicking for you..
And no - that's not an advertisement!
