Do you mean between 3000 and 3500 rpm? Simple. There was no measurement made below 3500 rpm for the base run and 3250 for the test run. Then they simply drew a straight line from 3000 to 3250/3500 rpm. Why did they do this? You have to ask them that did the dyno.

As a side note, that dyno run was actually done with a 3" mid pipe AND the cat removed (read the fine print). Also, anyone with half a scientific mind would know that one should consider the average of 3 runs. The other person who claimed 10 or so horsepower also plugged in SAFC and had it tuned - so did the SAFC or the mid pipe make power?

The merit of the mid pipe modification remains dubious IMHO. 5 pages of pure crap. Eventually they will work out the first metre (or yard) of exhaust is the most important.
