I'm sorry, I might sound a little nit picky.. But it's happened HEAPS and HEAPS of times...
there is NO SUCH THING as an APEX GTV or GTV APEX.
The APEX-GTV-thingy you refer to is a fixment to the car name describing the grade of the vechile.
In terms of the ae86, there are 3.
GT (standard model. No options, very budgety components).
GTV (Mid ranged. better moulded interior. air con, more features).
GT APEX (fully optioned. power mirrors, climate control, race coloured interior. power steering).
So when you refer to these, you normally say it after the car name itself. Like...
Toyota Sprinter Trueno GTV.
or
Toyota Corolla Levin GT APEX.
