As mentioned, the casting numbers mean nothing. A yoke from most old manual RWD Toyotas will do... I found out recently that the tailshaft yoke on a W57 is exactly the same as the input shaft (ie can put yoke on input shaft to ensure it is correct).. this MAY be the case for other Toyota boxes.
