Tue, 30 December 2003 06:45 im trying my best not to cut/grind anything - I have a feeling a 65mm one will fit - though it would require removing the inlet thats there and the section of ducting that goes behind the light to draw air from there .. How do you find the 100mm ? is it going into the stock airbox ? Pics would be sweet to justen As for mine - I slicd a small nick on either side of the plastic duct seen up top - then fed the 50mm pipe into that - then clamed down on the hose .. pretty easy - though im not 100% sure if its the most effective way of doing it plusses here is it all looks stock as a rock from the engine bay side of things . And yes - its straight into the stock airbox for mine As for the grp bumper - ive got the last section of mesh in production ( ie im having to make it ) Its not on the car as yet. ( want to get all the bits ready so it can just be painted and bolted up in a day or two ) I just need to figure out a effective way of mounting copper saddle clamps to mesh - outside of riveting .. Epoxy/araldite ? or solder ? Solder may work best - though its copper to alum mesh ..? Ideas ? [Report message to a moderator]
