Not exactly unique but not common either - you could try some Torx or bihexagonal bolts and actually Loctite them in.
Such bolts should be available at a decent specialist nut and bolt shop.
Thing is if the thieves really want them, they'll bash a screwdriver in and undo them that way.
PS: Not sure the bihexagonals are available that small. You will need to buy an appropriate socket (for Torx or bihexagonal) as well.
