you should be able to get a 2.5" exhaust all the way through, with a 3" dump pipe, for a little over a grand (depending on what sort of cat/muffler you go for)
if you want to do a CAI setup, put a k&n panel filter in, and some piping from outside the engine bay directly into your airbox. Depending on the setup of your airbox, you can either pipe it direct to the stock air box intake, or you can block that up, cut a new hole in the side/bottom of the airbox, and pipe your intake to there
