ra40 parts into a ta23/ra23 how will it go

I am rebuilding a ta23 and am missing a few parts like a dash pad and various other dash parts, console etc and was wondering how hard a ra40 complete dash would be to install as i have a complete ra40 here. Also the rear springs and diff, will that fit. Has anyone done this before or heard of it being done or would i be the first person stupid enough to attempt it. All feed back would be nice on this as i dont want to attempt something that just wont happen.
