Fri, 02 January 2004 08:32 Wouldn't there be enough threaded length showing on each end of the steering arms to just cut that amount off and screw the tie rod ends on further? If not, you could use a die to increase the length of thread on the steering arms ... OR if shorter steering arms are available from another model they will probably cost between $25 and $40 each. I suggest lengthen the thread and/or cut off the ends of the steering arms so you can screw the tie rod ends on further. 30mm doesn't seem a lot.
