Not sure if the length is different, but the camber difference comes from the angle of the stub axle which is different on A6 struts.

As for the bracket, it's basically a flat piece of steel with 4 holes drilled into it. Anyone with a RA2x strut and RA6x caliper could reproduce it with ease. No I can't be bothered pulling my brakes apart right now. Smile
