only probs would be viscosity and temp..... that said, something like a georotor fuel pump migh twork if it could take the heat....
or even a thermofan motor driving an external style oil pump??
the possibilities are endless if you want to make something up, but in the end it's all just approximating a dry sump setup 
go on... you know you want to ;D
