Seriously, you will need to take it to an exhaust shop for a temporary mating of you exhaust manifold and exhaust system for the duration of no turbo. Plus you will need to re-route the intake pipe from the air filter straight to the throttle body.
Worth it? Not as far as I can see. Just live with no car for a while.
