Did you take the sump off and the put fitting on or did you do it on the car? unless there is a port in the block that drains to the sump, then you gotta take it off and get a return line adaptor (alloy or steel) braised or welded onto the sump. if you dont want to weld you could get threaded tube that you can wind nuts on both sides of the sump hole, but expect leaks and eventual loosening of the nuts. either way, remove the sump - if you weld it in-situ expect to car to burn down to the wheels. also, you want what ever is attached to the sump to be above the full oil level of the sump - if the drain from the turbo cannot breath or sees pressure, oil will be forced out of turbo bearings and seals (am not sure if this also applies to ball-bearing turbos). charles.
