Once the turbo has spun to your boost preset say 10psi and it could actually spin easily to 15psi at max rpm there's no reason to restrict that gas flow, let it rip baby and get some decent flow happening and gain the benefits. Run a hefty external gate, 45mm+ plus as they say and run it to atmosphere, mine is and its not that loud and is only loud when your above 10psi which is like 1/500th of the time your driving.
