Without the TE2 pin you will not get an obd1 data stream from the 7mge.
Maybe if you ask him nicely too, he may go hunting a little harder and we can both get it 
Ive already written some software to capture and interpret the data but without the conversion tables its pretty useless

i might be able to get that appendix from toyota, they let me sit and hunt through all their workshop manuals, so ill see what i can dig up.
unfortunately, given i dont have a TE2 pin, the whole affair is a little pointless for me, but ill be happy to help out getting some data to get this to work.
what a pain! wouldve been nice to log what was going on
