The reason i enquired about the forgies is that the Series 1 pistons are "semi-forged" whatever that means.. The series 2/3 gze pistons are Ceramic Coated and full forged.. also the crank has the oil squirters.. Problem is this.. Series 1: 8:1 comp. series 2/3: 8.9:1 comp. I prefer running boost on the lower compression pistons but i want full forgies.. Maybe the 8.9:1 compression would be ok.. i dunno.. I feel safer running the lower tho.. Id be running a max of 20pound.. Its a project so im building it up over time.. And yes the blower is useless about i think about 5500rpm.. Its all good around the streets, It chops.. But i had a bit of a "porsche challenge" the other night.. with a boxster s.. I had him to about 80 then up top it was all over.. If i had turbs i wouldv his ass.. and he wouldv been .
