If they don't check the part-number, and don't make me get papers from the Toytota dealership confirming that the brakes are what they are and is worthy of the job... Then I will probably get away with it, you are right.
But then if the car gets in some kind of accident and it turns out I don't have the brakes I claimed, then I will get fuc***.
If I'm going to bother getting the modifications approved then it will have to be done the hard way.
As I said, building custom cars in this country is not easy.
