I'm guessing extension housing is the bit that the shifter itself bolts to, and not the rear housing? coz the rear housings arent interchangeable, but the shifter housing is, but you do have to put the rear housing off the change it (it can be a bitch of a job!!) Maaaan, thats a wierd thing, unless the w57 is from the earliest Celica possible, and the W58 is from the latest Supra possible... OR, one is from a truck... maybe [Report message to a moderator]
