but it's a cast iron slug with one cam and pushrods!!!! hardly an 'interesting' conversion...slow revving, undersquare POS.
the only reason the 304s were sold here (based on the 308 with revised internals) is that we're the only country stupid enough to take them off GM-USA's hands.
like the LS1 Gen 3 and 4L80E tranny...shocking engine compared to the Gen 7 GM-USA currently uses...more at home behind a light truck than a passenger vehicle.
$6k for a 308? i'll pass thanks. i could get a 2JZGTE for that much.
