the new piston that ppl chipped in to get so i could cut it up is part number
13103-16131 (this is a +0.50 piston)
skirt diameter = 81.5mm
pin height (pin centre to crown) = 30.5mm
pin diameter = 20mm
crown volume, not sure but will measure.
most of the crown volume appears to be in the valve cutouts.
i believe that they are forged. search the tech section for "piston analysis" i posted pics of the forging flow lines of the older type of 4AGZE piston.
i also believe them to be coated. i have not determined the type of material, but will soon.
