like the LS1 Gen 3 and 4L80E tranny...shocking engine compared to the Gen 7 GM-USA currently uses...more at home behind a light truck than a passenger vehicle.

Actually the US hasn't even got a production version of the Gen4. All of the GM passenger cars use a Gen3 still.
