standard reco price for a head with twin cams should be around $240-250
i didn't think you would want to open up the intake ports any more... maybe a little off the exhausts, but i was under the impression that the ports were pretty good from factory.
not sure how much adjustable cam gears are, but i would not expect them to be more than a couple of hundred, even from japan.
$1500 sound a little exxy for my liking, but then again, it's not hard to do a port clean up....
so are you advancing or retarding your cams???
