well, you could get the weber tuned for a start... they can get pretty good economy if tuned properly... or just get the 5K fuel injected. grab a 7KE manifold and a computer and away you go Very Happy
without EFI, you'll be lucky to get below 10L/100kms... (at a guesstimate) or worse if you drive hard.
