Big job.
Your best bet would be to buy a Haynes manual.
I ve done it on my ST162.(3SGE)Will take the best part of a day.
Disconnect battery.
Jack up Drivers Front side of car.
Remove Front Right Wheel.
Jack up the Drivers side of the motor to take weight of motor.
Take off the Engine Mount up on the Drivers side strut tower.
Remove Splash guards inside right hand wheel arch so that Crank Pulley is exposed.
Take off Alternator/Air Con drive belt + Power Steer belt.
Remove Top Cam Belt Cover so that Cam Pulley is exposed.
Remove Rocker/Camshaft Cover.
Put No.1 Piston on Top Dead Centre on Compression stroke.
Remove Crank Pulley. You'll need a Puller to get it off.
Remove bottom Cam Belt Cover.
Loosen Cam Belt Tensioner and remove old belt.
Put on new Belt and tighten tensioner.
Make sure Camshaft/Timing Marks/No.1 Piston are all OK.
(THIS IS THE TRICKY PART WHERE YOU REALLY NEED THE MANUAL)
If they aren't OK car won't start.
Installation is a reversal of the removal Procedure !!!
