Everything that they see wrong with the car, it depends on the car also, like my friend got a GTR inspected and they sent out a GTR expert, the usual stuff, they check i am just guessing would be brakes, brake pads, tyres, engine bay for leaks or sign of ware, look under the car, check that everything is working, look at the body panels for signs of repair, etc and they write u up a report.
