You have resistance between the battery positive+12v and the takeoff point under the dash where the flasher unit gets power.
This is common with the other stuff being affected.
This is usually the ACC line, measure volts here compared with direct across battery, when indicator going. This voltage drop could be due to a bad connection, dirty fuses, or even bad ignition switch. The meter will show where power is being lost.
