Tue, 21 May 2002 12:07 Loosecannon Don't even bother trying to run without this relay or some equivalent as you then have to switch it off at the end somehow. I tried without it and ran into bother. As soon as I fitted it it all work correctly and the fuel pump ran on for 3 secs. This relay is nearly as good as the the dual mode fuel pump relay. As soon as the boost comes on the fuel pump relay switches over to a higher speed. Now that was interesting because as soon as the motor hit boost it died. A quick rewire solved the problem but not before some troubleshooting to find the actual problem. Graham [Report message to a moderator]
