The thing is dude, is that the chances of you cracking a good aftermarket metal head gasket (HKS et al) are pretty much slim to none in the first place. It's not as if the 3SGTE is known to have head gasket problems.
If you're having issues with one of them cracking there has been a problem with the way you've installed it, not a deficiency in the gasket itself.
