Get the transfer form from your local RTA, or Vicroads (or whatever). Get a road worthy for your car, and away you go. Buyer normally pays for the stamp duty and paperwork costs. Cancel insurance. 2. without rego and plates. You MUST cancel your registration from the local RTA. (not unless you want the new driver to start clocking demirit points with your name). From there, just a personal sales reciept declaring the vehicle make, colour, VIN code, engine number. Your name, adress, buyers name and adress and sell amount. cancel your insurance. ---------------------------- ALL DONE.... hope this helps.
