high pressure pumps that send fuel to the engine from the surge tank do not like to suck, so using one as a lift pump to send fuel to the surge tank is a bad idea it should go fuel tank -> low pressure lift pump -> surge tank -> high pressure pump -> engine -> surge tank -> fuel tank [Report message to a moderator]
