I don't think the police can accurately judge your speeed from behind u or following u. Thats my contest behind my last fine. They presumed i was going 84kph in a 50 zone. Supposedly they did 80kph + to catch up but that was no judgement on my speed. They rolled themself. Secondly they pulled out of the carpark on the side of the road which means they didn't camera me. Nor can they judge my speed sitting on the side of the road rolled yet again. How can they get a figure accurate to 84kph?. Thirdly i had 2 witnesses which can state exactly what i did. Plus i know my car like the back of my hand. 4th gear and i was doing 3 grand shifts. He supposed that "You came around the corner and u opened it up" 3 grand granny shifts with passengers? Highly doubtful. So finally admitting to defeat on the basis of his judgement of his speed. He breathtests me. Asks if i had any blemishes on my record. Which i was clean on both. He let me go with a 200 buck fine and 3 points. I was no way doing more than 65kph. 15kph over limit maximum. I took that offer and he let me go. Its funny though.
