Well i will ask around and see if they do always pay on claims?
Surely hope so, Coz that $800 was all i needed to finsh my sound system off 
Celica_ra40: no it was basically a 20km/h road, He was coming from the opposite direction that i was....And he was far left, i THINK i mistook him for a pedestrian, But anyway! who the fuck flies thru an intersection, Car or bike? I know when i drive i stop at ALL intersections, even if the other cars have to give way, Just to make sure
U know what sucks, If i hadnt let that pedestrian cross, I would have avoided him 
Will ask about that claim paying though
