Get rid of the PCV valve, 4A-GEs don't need them. As far as I understand to use a PCV valve (although it's really a PC Valve isn't it) you need 2 breather hoses from the cam covers, 1 to behind the airfilter but infront of the throttle body, and 1 with the pc valve infront of the throttle body.
PCV is just a 1 way valve, so without the other hose it won't work.
