Camber adjustment

Ok, well I'm looking into camber adjustment now (have sa63 struts in mx62) as I'll be lowering the car shortly...
As I see it I have two options
1: Adjustable strut tops
2: Adjustable lower control arms
How exactly do I modify the lower control arm to make it adjust the camber (anyone have pics / approx price?), and how much camber adjustment will be possible (a wild guess will do...). Also what is rose jointing, from what I could find its replacing the rubber bush with a metal / metal fitting....(can anyone explain this better / have a photo :S)
Also what other cars have a strut top with 100mm bolt center to center? (ae86?)
