yep.
depends on the size of course.
if you have cats, then they can be a nice source of restriction, so high flow units are nice.
and 'cat-back' exhausts do little in the way of power increase, only noise increase. so the best way to unleash more power is to reduce restriction close to the engine, i.e. with extractors and a full exhaust system.
