yes it is stock ECU. the fuel rail has a rising rate regulator on it. So no variation on the voltage. I spoke to someone at the toyo wreckers who did the engine swap and he suggested I leach the power from the high pressure pump line. Why would I want to be priming it? The surge tank will always be full. it has two fittings at present. But I am going to install another 2.
