"Servicing" these days consists of an oil change, new oil filter, check the plugs, and replace the timing belt every now and then. Any old mechanic can do something like that, and the fact it's an imported engine doesn't mean much at all.
But I agree with the above, do it yourself! This stuff is hardly rocket science...
