No such thing as snap in chips for a 4ag ECU... you can only really replace the whole computer or add a piggy back unit... HKS did make a F-Con that went with the 4AG but still had to piggyback in with the Factory ECU... there are a handful of piggy-back devices available from the big Jap manufacturers but hard to get new these days. The is also a selection of straight replacement ecu's, for example the infamous Buddy Club Brack Box. These are just the ECU with a slightly more agressive fuel/timing mapping to more suit popular minor bolt on mods you may do to your car. Pretty hit and miss really. The ultimate solution being a MOTEC or similar and now you're really starting to look at big bucks. IMO not worth it unless you have done heaps of other mods to your engine.
