do yourself a favour mate and remove the whole lot, cut it all out and weld on a new roof, not only will the car be structually stronger but it will never ever leak.
ae86 sunroofs leaked from day one (as does any other early 80's sun roofs) and you'll probably find a LOT of cancer under that body filler mate
