You should be able to run 4 possibly up to 8PSI on the higher comp motor with proper tuning. The standard internals are very strong provided you avoid detonation. Not too difficult to fit, just time consuming. Pipe work and the bottom pulley are the hardest. I never got to finish mine as I put the supercharger onto another engine (2TG). I was using an SC14 off of the 1GGZE, this is the best to use on the 18RG. Using the SC12 would mean spinning the supercharger too fast to get higher boost levels. If it only has standard injectors then an upgrade would more than likely be required. The size of the new injectors depends on the HP you are aiming for. For a rough estimate, (HP @ flywheel x 5 x 1.2) = total cc of injectors (ie all four injectors). Supercharger = $300 Injectors = $250-$300 Pipework (if done by yourself using mandrel bends) = $200 - $300 (?) Intercooler =$100 Custom Pulley = $? Bigger Fuel Pump = $120 Belt = $40 Tuning = $?
