Yep, 7M 440's are a good choice, or if you're going nuts, 550's from a 13B turbo. Both of these will fit in the factory fuel rail; just make sure you get the loom plugs with them as they're different to the 18R-GEU ones.
Your 18R-GU will have 8.7:1 compression which should allow you to run a decent amount of boost with an intercooler and good tuning. I wouldn't go nuts with the standard internals though; for higher boost levels (say 10psi+) you should probably invest in forged pistons.
The SC14 is a good choice, but be aware this is a positive displacement supercharger, which means you'll have to re-arrange your inlet so the throttle body is before the blower. You'll also need to make the factory bypass system work, otherwise the blower will wear out quickly; it's not designed to be constantly engaged.
